If there is any wrong, missing, or damaged product issue, the customer must inform EduToyZone within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with clear photo or video proof.

Reports made after this period may not be accepted.

10. Return, Replacement, and Refund Policy

EduToyZone may accept return, replacement, or refund requests only for valid issues such as:

  • wrong product delivered
  • damaged product received
  • missing item
  • major manufacturing defect
  • product significantly different from the confirmed order

To request a return, replacement, or refund, the customer must contact EduToyZone within 24 hours of receiving the product and provide photo or video proof.
